  • Discuss the book so far. On a piece of binder paper, each member should describe the following:
    1. Title, Author,Genre, Pages Read (Chapter 1, p1-25 etc.)
    2. Describe a part that "reveals" something about the protagonist.
    3. Describe a surprising part of the story.
    4. Describe something that is "bothering" you about the story.
    5. Choose a quote/passage. Copy it in quotation marks, include the page #. Respond to the passage: What do you notice? What stands out? Why is this passage significant to you?
    6. On Card: Title of Book, Group Member Names, Pages/Chapters will read by next Friday.
